Beth Freschi is a relaxation and life coach based in St. Paul, MN and the owner of A Time for Expression, LLC. She holds a B.A. in psychology from St. Olaf College (Northfield, MN) and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from University of St. Thomas (St. Paul. MN). With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, she brings a wealth of professional knowledge to her nuanced, specialized relaxation classes and popular recordings.

As a Relaxation & Life Coach, I offer guided relaxation and life coaching rooted in compassion, creativity, and science-backed techniques. Whether you are seeking stress relief or looking for ways to restore your inner balance, I am here to help you explore pathways to calm and contentment.

As you learn and practice relaxation techniques, your awareness of muscle tension and how your body and mind react to stress will increase. Knowing what the stress response feels like can help you use relaxation techniques when you start to feel stress symptoms. This can prevent stress from spinning out of control and affecting your quality of life.
